Magazine test results and (more importantly) customers keep telling us how good the Rocna is. In fact we decided to sell Rocna anchors because the market kept asking us for them.
Rocna has RINA "Super High Holding Power" status
Type Approval tests, conducted by RINA (Registro Italiano Navale, an internationally recognised leader in certification and assessment of conformity), are the culmination of a two-year relationship with Rocna.
“In ‘real life’ sea bed testing RINA (www.rina.org) had never seen holding power test results this high” said Rocna manager Steve Bambury , “and in one case literally had to stop exerting load for fear of breaking the test equipment. Rocna was already holding in excess of ten times that of the benchmark Stockless anchor”.

Rocna stowable 15kg
Rocna now produce a stowable anchor, available in just one size: 15kg. Designed for use as a secondary anchor, or for yachts that don’t keep always their anchors at the bow, it’s perfect for laying flat in lockers or even as ballast on racing boats.
On assembly the Stowable 15 becomes, to all intents and purposes, a standard Rocna anchor with all of its performance advantages. It’s as strong as a standard Rocna with almost identical weight, balance, holding and setting characteristics.
